Groundwork filings. D-U-N-S number filing $149, EIN filing $199, CBP importer number (Form 5106) $299, US company formation $599 with state fees separate, or $699 bundled with a year of US Agent instead of $898 for the two bought separately. You choose the state of formation; we file in the state you name. We do not advise on which state to choose, because that is a tax and legal question for your own advisers. Dun & Bradstreet charges nothing for a D-U-N-S number and FDA charges nothing for facility registration or product listing. What you pay us is a service fee. If you want D&B expedited handling, that fee is paid by you directly to D&B.
How the bundle prices work. Where a fee shows a bought-separately figure, that figure is the sum of our own single-service prices listed on this same page. You can check it line by line. We do not quote other providers as a comparison.
You can get an EIN without a US Social Security Number. A foreign responsible party with no SSN or ITIN writes Foreign or N/A on line 7b of Form SS-4, following the IRS instructions. Without an SSN you cannot apply online, so the application goes by phone, fax or mail. The IRS line for international applicants is 267-941-1099, open 6:00 to 23:00 Eastern, Monday to Friday, and the number is usually issued on the call. A fax with a return fax number takes about four business days per the IRS instructions, and mail takes about four weeks. How fast the number comes back is the IRS side, not ours. What we commit to is filing the same day and tracking it until the number is issued.
Government fees are separate. FDA user fees, establishment fees, and official review fees are paid directly to FDA when applicable.
